Beth Lee
Beth Lee is an award winning songwriter who migrated from Austin, TX to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Her writing is heavily influenced by bluegrass and classic country music. She is passionate about writing lyrically diverse songs – songs that are sometimes sweet, sometimes tough, sometimes swampy, but always seeks to speak the truth. Songs that invite the listener to go on a journey, to be taken away by the story. Reminding us of who we are, who we want to be, or who we have been.
Miriam Allen
Miriam Allen “owns a voice that entices the listener to steal it away for selfish keeping. Be warned: to own a piece of her music means shards of the heart will forever belong to her.” (Mountain Xpress.) Miriam specializes in “Adventure Gigs” in off-the-map places where she can throw in backpacking, sailing or playing with musicians who speak obscure foreign dialects from other lands. She’s written and produced three records which reflect these experiences. She is an unlicensed music therapist at several group homes, a day sailor, and accomplished metalsmith. With a curious and adventurous spirit, Miriam remains loyal to no single genre.
