Sensitive and rich harmonies weave through the  tapestry of original compositions that celebrate the roots of  American Southern  Music. \n\n\nJessie And The Jinx\n \nJessie and The Jinx play original and timeless classic inspired country music full of real stories.\n\n\nHannah Juanita\n \nHannah Juanita left her home state of Tennessee in her early twenties to break out of a stifling culture of conformity and meet the world. Having been a fireside singer for years\, Hannah eventually made it back to Tennessee\, landing in Nashville with nothing but her dog Loretta\, her guitar\, and a handful of heartbreak songs. She started singing around town and quickly became a staple live performer and a highly respected vocalist in the traditional country scene in Music City\, known for her classic\, old school sound. Self proclaimed ramblin’ gal\, Hannah Juanita has toured heavily around the country since 2021 headlining and supporting acts like Kaitlin Butts\, Nick Shoulders and Jesse Daniel. Her debut record ‘Hardliner’ established her reputation as a full-hearted\, free-spirited\, and irresistibly genuine honky tonk angel. This win sent them to Memphis\, TN to perform in the International Blues Competition. \nShe also plays classic country music with the Old Chevrolette Set\, a group led by local radio host and pedal steel player Tom Pittman. \nWhen not playing music Blackley is a Pre-k through 8 th grade Music Teacher at Rainbow Community School. She earned 2 nd place (Best Music Teacher) in Asheville’s Mountain Xpress Best Of competition in 2022. Laura Blackley joined the team at Blue Ridge Public Radio as a part time weekend and All Things Considered Host in June 2022 and is very excited to be behind the mic again. \nShe enjoys performing live\, hiking in our beautiful WNC mountains\, gardening and traveling to new places. She lives in the Hominy Valley community of Candler with her daughter and their dog and two cats. \n\n\n\nHearts Gone South\n \nOriginal classic-style country and honky tonk full of heart and soul\, laced with wit and woe.
